this policy explains what information lessin technology company ("lessin tech co", "we") collects when you use our services (lessintech.co, wlessin.com, molchat.ai, moreorlesspod.com, 1636forum.com, requestclip.com, darkly.chat, photosource.ai, lessinboygames.com, and related subdomains), how we use it, and who we share it with.

1. what we collect

• account data — email address, name, and (where applicable) phone number you provide at signup.
• content you submit — messages, videos, photos, notes, and any other content you upload or send to a service.
• usage data — log data including ip address, user-agent, referring url, pages visited, timestamps, and basic interaction events. we use this to operate the service, diagnose problems, and spot abuse.
• cookies & local storage — small identifiers to keep you logged in and remember preferences. we don't use third-party advertising cookies.
• device / location (approximate) — derived from ip and, where you grant permission, device gps (e.g. photosource.ai photo geotagging).

2. how we use it

• to run, maintain, and improve the services.
• to authenticate you and secure your account.
• to reply to emails, sms, and other messages you send us.
• to send you a newsletter or product update if you opted in (you can unsubscribe any time).
• to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect ourselves and users from abuse.

3. ai processing

some services route your content through third-party ai providers (including anthropic, openai, elevenlabs, and similar). we send only what's necessary to complete your request. see the providers' own policies for how they handle ai-input data. anthropic, for example, does not train on customer-api inputs by default.

4. third parties we share with

we share limited data only with service providers that help us operate, under their own privacy policies:

• infrastructure: digitalocean, cloudflare, github, aws (where applicable)
• ai: anthropic, openai, elevenlabs
• email & sms: cloudflare email, twilio, customer.io
• auth / identity: google sign-in (where offered)
• analytics: lightweight, first-party only — we do not sell or syndicate personal data

we do not sell your personal information.

5. retention

we keep account data as long as your account is active. content you upload is kept until you delete it or your account. server logs typically roll off within 90 days. you can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected].

6. children

our services are not directed to children under 13. we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. if you believe we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

7. your rights

depending on where you live (e.g. california ccpa, eu gdpr), you may have rights to: access a copy of your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, or opt out of certain processing. to exercise any of these, email [email protected] and we'll respond within a reasonable time (typically 30 days).

8. security

we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — tls everywhere, encrypted credential storage, access controls — but no system is perfectly secure. don't send us anything whose disclosure would be catastrophic.

9. international users

our services are operated from the united states and data may be processed in the us. by using the services, you consent to this transfer.

10. changes

we may update this policy. material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date. continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
